How can I buy tickets?

- Online: From the JON website click on the
button for tickets.
- Over the Phone: You may call the ticket
office on Saturdays from 10 am until 6pm at (219) 922-6500 ext 580
- In Person: You may come to the ticket
office in person Wednesdays
from 6 pm to 9 pm, Saturdays from 10 am to 6 pm or Sundays from 8 am to
2 pm.
Are there any discounts for senior or children?
No, prices vary based on where you sit in the auditorium.
How can I talk to a live ticket agent?
Our ticket office is staffed with volunteers on
Wednesdays from
6 pm to 9 pm, Saturdays from 10 am to 6 pm and Sundays from 8 am to 2
pm. Ticket agents’ first priority is to serve those customers
who are
in person at the ticket counter, then return phone calls.
Additionally, we have volunteers that will check messages and return
calls at various times during the weekdays and evenings
Therefore, if
you have other questions, you may leave a clear message along with a
contact number and the best time to reach you at that number, and our
volunteers will do their very best to answer every questions you may
have.
Can I put seats on reserve?
No, all tickets must be paid for in order to reserve
your seats.
What if I purchased tickets online and I
deleted the email before printing the ticket?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of
the
performance and go to the ticket office; we will be happy to reprint
your tickets before you enter the auditorium.
I bought tickets and now have an emergency and
can’t come, can I get a refund?
We do understand that emergencies do happen; however,
unfortunately, we cannot accommodate refunds or exchanges.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We recommend blessing your tickets to
an unsaved loved one or friend.
I missed the performance that I bought tickets
for, can I use my tickets for another performance?
No, we have a longstanding policy of no refunds or
exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
What do I do if I lost my tickets?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of
the
performance and go to the ticket office; we will be happy to reprint
your tickets before you enter the auditorium.
Do I have to pay for a ticket for my four year
old?
Generally, yes. Children over the age of two must have a
ticket;
children two and under whom you choose to sit on your lap for the
entire performance do not need a ticket.
I want to come with a group that already
purchased tickets, can I sit with them?
Tickets are available on a first come/first served
basis. We cannot
guarantee that you will be able to sit with the group. It is best that
all tickets be purchased at the same time.
Are there any group discounts?
No, prices vary based on where you sit in the auditorium.
If I get there late, will I still be able to
sit in the seat I purchased?
We ask that you are in your seat 15 minutes before the
start of the
performance; we reserve the right to use, at our discretion, any seat
unoccupied 15 minutes after the start of the performance. We will
accommodate you and seat you in the best available seat.
Will there be food available?
Yes, we have three concessions stands with pizza,
hotdogs, nachos,
popcorn, chips, candy, soda and water for purchase. We also
have a
Starbucks in the lobby with sandwiches, salads, juices, smoothies, and
all Starbucks Specialty Drinks.
Can I bring in food to eat during the play?
No, we ask that you do not bring in food from outside
the building.
We also ask that you place all trash in the proper receptacles.
When do the doors open?
The doors open 30 minutes before the start of the
performance.
I need handicap seating. Can
I purchase it online?
No. Please contact the ticket office for any
special seating needs, 219.922.6500 ext. 580.
Do I have to pay for parking?
No. Parking on the FCC campus is free. If your group
will be
traveling by bus, please inform the ticket office so that we
can
include you in our spaces reserved for busses.
Will this play be OK for my five year old?
We believe that this story should be experienced by
everyone, but it
may not be appropriate for all young children. There are explosions,
other loud noises, animals and lots of people. You know your
child
best, so we must leave that decision to your judgment.
How long does the play last?
Each performance lasts two to two and a half hours.
Can I buy this play on DVD?
No, it is not available for purchase on DVD.
Can I take pictures or record the performance
myself?
There is a copyright on the material; therefore,
electronic
recording devices are prohibited. We ask that you silence all devices
prior to the start of the performance.
